Please note
The Base Support package includes up to 1 hour of maintenance and support per month. Any work exceeding this limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. If you require additional support beyond the allocated time, please contact us to discuss your needs. Support is on the basis of this isn’t urgent, I’d be happy for you to get back to me within 48 hours.
