Please note. Our website maintenance packages apply to a single website only. Each package covers maintenance, updates, and support for one domain or website installation. If you require maintenance for multiple websites, separate packages must be purchased for each site. This ensures that each website receives the appropriate level of attention, security updates, and performance monitoring.

1. Why do I need a maintenance plan if I already have website hosting?
Hosting provides server space to store your website and make it accessible online, but it doesn’t cover regular updates, security monitoring, backups, or technical fixes. A maintenance plan ensures your website stays secure, updated, and performs optimally, reducing the risk of downtime or vulnerabilities.

2. What happens if I need support but don’t have a maintenance package?
If you don’t have an active maintenance package, any support or maintenance work is charged at an initial rate of £75 + VAT for up to one hour, regardless of the task duration. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. Package subscribers receive priority service and discounted rates.

3. Can I cancel my maintenance package?
Yes, you can cancel your package at any time with 30 days notice. However, once cancelled, ongoing protection, updates, and support will no longer be provided, which may leave your website vulnerable to security risks and performance issues.

4. What’s included in a maintenance package?
Our packages typically cover software updates, security checks, performance optimisation, regular backups, and technical support. The exact features vary depending on the plan you choose — you can view a full breakdown on our pricing page.

5. Will I receive a service level agreement (SLA) with my package?
Yes, when you sign up for a maintenance package, we will provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining response times, coverage, and the scope of services included in your plan.

6. How often is my website updated?
We update your website regularly, depending on your chosen plan. Core software updates, plugin maintenance, and security patches are applied as needed, with regular reviews to ensure everything runs smoothly.

7. Will maintenance cause downtime for my website?
We schedule updates during off-peak hours whenever possible and carefully test changes to avoid disruption. If downtime is unavoidable for a major update, we will inform you in advance.

8. Can I switch to a different plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your maintenance plan as your needs change. We’re happy to help you find the right level of support for your website’s growth.
